My work with toddlers in Unitarian Montessori School in New Jersey, as an intern and then as a certified Montessori teacher was very fascinating and fulfilling. So much so, that I have left my education in Electronic Engineering and thriving career in software consulting gather dust. With this drastic change in career, comes a strong commitment and focus. To make a difference in children’s early lives through education, love, and discipline. Tots Academy is my first step in that direction.                                                        







     
    On a personal note, I love kids. I have three of my own. When I had my first, over 7 years ago, I quit my consulting career to become a stay at home mother. As he grew, I realized it was just not enough if I just loved and cared for him. My interactions had to become richer; keep him challenged; drive and feed his natural capacity to learn; more engaging both intellectually and socially. 







     

        My attempts to get better in all these areas eventually led not only to a professional certification (Montessori) in Toddler education but to my true passion – development of a child’s true potential in their early formative years.
